We have received communications that an increase affecting New Jersey underwriting rates is effective September 1, 2013. We are working on the changes to our rate tables and will send an e-mail notification of their availability.
The 2012 1099-S Reporting Program for TitleExpress 6 is available on our Software Updates page.
The 2012 1099-S Reporting Program for TitleExpress 7 will be available by the end of January.
The 1099-S form for 2013 has not yet been released by the IRS. Once released, we will create and test the form for use within TitleExpress.
