New Jersey Rate Increase effective September 1, 2013

We have received communications that an increase affecting New Jersey underwriting rates is effective September 1, 2013. We are working on the changes to our rate tables and will send an e-mail notification of their availability.

2012 1099-S Reporting Program

The 2012 1099-S Reporting Program for TitleExpress 6 is available on our Software Updates page. The 2012 1099-S Reporting Program for TitleExpress 7 will be available by the end of January.

The 1099-S form for 2013 has not yet been released by the IRS. Once released, we will create and test the form for use within TitleExpress.

Changes to Maryland Recordation Fees eff. 7/1/2011

We have been notified of the change in recordation fees from $20 to $40 in Maryland. We will have modified tables available prior to the 7/1/2011 effective date. A broadcast notification will be sent announcing availability.
