Effective July 14th, 2015, Microsoft will officially retire MS Server 2003.
What does this mean to you?
As we prepare for our TitleExpress 8 and 8.1 releases with the TRID Closing Disclosure and the Closing Insight integration, we are making the necessary updates for TitleExpress to be compliant with Microsoft Server compatibility requirements. These updates also prepare TitleExpress for potential technology requirements that will undoubtedly follow the increasing compliance environment in our industry.
Both TitleExpress 8 and 8.1 require a code change that will not be compatible with older technology platforms, such as Microsoft Server 2003, that are no longer supported by Microsoft. TitleExpress 8 and 8.1 will not run on Microsoft Server 2003. You will need to upgrade your technology environment if you are currently working with an older or unsupported platform.

Upgrade your server’s operating system to a supported platform. This will:
- Utilize current software platforms to maximize your hardware infrastructure and stability.
- Follow “Best Practices” to remain compliant with supported regulatory and security standards.
- Reduce potential vulnerability attacks i.e. viruses, malware and hacks.
