Chicago Title Insurance Company (New Hampshire) Notification

Updated SMS TitleExpress™ Underwriter Tables for Chicago Title Insurance Company (New Hampshire) are available. The tables now reflect the following changes effective March 1, 2017.
 
• Increased Title Insurance Premiums
 
Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. To order, download and complete the order form.
 
To perform this update yourself, you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress Underwriters Tables Guide.
