Fidelity National Title Group (Michigan) Notification

SMS TitleExpress™ Underwriter Tables for Fidelity National Title Group (Michigan) are available. The Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company tables now reflect changes effective March 27, 2017.
 
  • Increased Title Insurance Premiums
Customers with a current Software Services Subscription can purchase updated state tables at a cost of $50 for each set of tables. To order, download and complete the order form.
 
To perform this update yourself, you may follow the steps in the TitleExpress Underwriters Tables Guide.
