TitleExpress State Tables for the State of West Virginia are available. The tables now reflect the following changes current through January 30, 2018.

• Increased County Transfer Tax for the following Counties:  Brooke, Greenbrier,  Harrison, Kanawha,  Lincoln, Mineral, Pocahontas, Randolph, Roane, Webster, Wetzel, Wyoming

NOTICE: Preservation fee increases by $1 every 10th page and recording fee must be overridden and verified when a document is over 9 pages.

Updated state tables are available for clients with a current support subscription for an additional $50.00 for each set of tables.
