Common Level Ratios for Pennsylvania were changed for the period July 1, 2011, to June 30, 2012 (except in Luzerne, Lycoming, Montour, Tioga and Union). To modify the ratios in your current TitleExpress transfer tax forms, open each master form and click the appropriate diamond-shaped icon on the floating toolbar (in Word 2007 and 2010, it will be on the Add-Ins ribbon). If you prefer to purchase replacement forms in which the common level ratios have been updated for you, go to the TitleExpress Master Forms Store and select Just Released. The cost for each master form is $25. Master forms are available to customers with a current TSS Software Services Subscription.
