Effective 10-1-2011, where documents recorded in North Carolina were required to have a minimum 1/2 inch page margin, a minimum of 1/4 inch will be accepted, and where the minimum font size was 10 points, a minimum of 9 points will be accepted. Current TitleExpress master forms already comply with these requirements. If a form in your TitleExpress forms library does not comply, you can edit your existing form or purchase a replacement from the TitleExpress Master Forms Store (select State Forms, then North Carolina). The cost for each master form is $25. Master forms are available to customers with a current TSS Software Services Subscription.
