TitleExpress state tables for the City of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, have been updated to reflect the following changes that become effective February 20, 2012:

• Increased the deed recording fee from $200.00 to $230.00 per document.
• Increased the mortgage recording fee from $170.00 to $200.00 per document.
• Increased the release recording fee from $168.00 to $198.00 per document.
