The 2023+ 1099-S Reporting Application is now available. The application includes: 

• 1099-S installation files for TitleExpress 

• 1099-S guides for TitleExpress with instructions for installing, reporting, and uploading to the IRS FIRE System

TitleExpress System Requirements

Before installing, ensure your workstations are on TitleExpress v9.12 or later. If you need to upgrade, contact SMS Customer Support for assistance.

Installed Customers

Log on to the TitleExpress 1099-S page for information on installing the 1099-S Reporting Application and to obtain the files. You must have Administration rights on the website to access this page.

Please note that the application must be installed on the server/workgroup host computer and 1099-S Reporting workstation.

Hosted/Cloud Customers

Please reach out to SMS Customer Support to request installation.
